Visit our ‘Write a Review’ page, search for the business you’d like to review, and share your experience!

Search for your business on Aruba Works, select ‘Claim Your Listing,’ and follow our quick verification process to take control of your profile.

Any Aruba-based business, from restaurants to essential services, can be listed to help connect with local customers.

Once you’ve claimed your listing, you can log in and edit your business information, hours, and photos directly from your dashboard.

To create an account, click on the “Sign Up” button in the navigation menu. You’ll be prompted to choose a plan., then enter your email and create a password. Once registered, you can start writing reviews, saving favorite businesses, and more!

Yes, you can edit or delete your reviews. Simply log into your account, go to your review history, and select the review you’d like to update or remove.

To add your business, visit the ‘Add Your Listing’ page, fill out the required business details, and submit your information. Once approved, your business will appear in our directory.

Yes, adding a standard business listing on Aruba Works is free. However, we also offer premium listing options that allow for greater visibility and promotional tools.

Once you’ve claimed your business listing, you can log in to your dashboard to respond to customer reviews. Engaging with your customers by thanking them or addressing concerns is a great way to build trust and improve customer relationships.

Businesses are rated on a 5-star scale, with users giving feedback based on their experience with the service, product, or place. The average rating is calculated based on all submitted reviews.

We accept a wide range of businesses, including restaurants, hotels, local shops, spas, salons, plumbers, electricians, and more. If your business serves the Aruba community or tourists, you can list it on Aruba Works.

If you believe a review is fake or violates our guidelines, you can report it by clicking the “Report” button next to the review. Our moderation team will investigate and take action if necessary.

Once you’ve claimed your business listing, you can log into your dashboard and update your contact details, including phone number, email, and address

Typically, business listings are reviewed and approved within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your listing is live on the platform.
